In modern times having a driver license became a need.

After they made their high school degree or while they were still at high school those young adults are already having car driving lessons most of the time. This is the same in many countries but with the difference that in some countries car driving lessons and the driver license in general has different costs.

As for example while the driver license in the US is quite cheap ($20) it's very expensive in Germany (800-1000€). But the difference is also that in the US you have to pay for the car driving lessons additionally. However those car driving lessons are in the end cheaper than the total driver license in Germany. Other countries, other rules. You could say it like this.

After all in both cases there are many young drivers and it's no seldom that many of the young drivers have accidents. Compared to older adults young drivers and young moped users make more accidents than the mature ones.

The reasons for this are visible in daily life. Younger adults tend to be risky, enjoying the fact that they finally became an adult. So accidents which were caused by drunken young adults is also a fact that happens quite often.

Of course also middle-aged people make accidents but if you look at how often young people die in the last years because of accidents it's obvious that obtaining the driver license at an early age is a reason for those deaths too.

It might be better to allow those young adults to driver when they are a little bit more mature. Being mature is for sure no thing which depends on the age every time but allowing them to early to drive is a risk for the whole traffic.

The government should have an eye on this much more, instead of caring for some different stuff. They just ignore it, which makes it look like they don't care.

If they would care for such minor matters, the population would recognize those politicians more as well. It's not that difficult but it would avoid some senseless deaths.

A nice idea would be to call the young drivers attention to drive more carefully but will those young people listen?

They often just ignore such campaigns as well. So all we can hope for is that someday those young adults will also notice that since they already became an adult, they have to take more responsibility as well.
