I had been going to my work place by bus every day. That wasvery time consuming, and tiring too some times when therewas a long wait at the rush hours. I had to start very early from home in the mornings, and got back quite late some times. It gets very miserable when the weather is bad. The other optionwas to go by the city train. Train rideswere very comfortable, but just like buses, that wastime consuming too.

The only way easier and more comfortable is to go by car. And, for that, I must learn driving. If I could drive, it wouldn't take more than twenty minutes to get to my work place. That would be just nice and pleasant.

There are many driving schools in the City. Some have been in the business for many years, and some just started. I should pick a schoolwhich has female driving instructors.

I checked through a long list of driving schools in the City, and therewere a number of schools which have female driving instructors. I chose a school with excellent record over the years. The fees was a bit high, but itwas worth it.

It was a very popular driving school. I was amazed to see the class was full. Most of the learners were females. They must be like me too, choosing a school which had female driving instructors. I was lucky to get a seat there.

The instructor was excellent. I was told that she was one of the best female driving instructors at the school. She was very experienced and very thorough in giving the lessons. The emphasis was on safety and defensive driving. With her familiarity with the streets in the City, she explained so well about all the road and traffic signs in the City.The lessons were just almost like actually driving along the streets.

The practical driving lessons were also very methodical. It was quite exciting to be driving a car.

She explained in detail the theoretical and practical aspects of driving in the cities and on the highways. We were all very happy with the presentations. At the conclusion of the lessons, we felt well prepared to go for the theory test and the practical test.

Our instructor was quite confident that we would do well at the tests. Sure enough, all of us passed the theory test and the practical test right at the first time. Credit certainly goes to the instructor !
